Delicious French traditional pastries. We also tasted different new pastries like the pineapple and coco tartelette, really stunning. For a breakfast when you freshly arrive from the port at Calais.A very good start to tour journey to France.
This is an amazing boulangerie just the other side of tunnel. Our regular stop for breakfast xx
A more than worthy find on our way back to the UK after a few days in Belgium and France. Many of the Ange items are four for the price of three including their excellent baguettes and fruit tartlets. The staff are welcoming, truly polite and helpful in ways I have not come to expect in northern France. The welcoming lady who served us came outside with us to give us directions to a local charcuterie. This one stop raised our trip back to the UK from one of necessity to one of delight. Especially stopping for a picnic later on on our journy in the UK to feast on French delicacies.
A great option for a French-style breakfast, especially if you staying at B&B across the road. Large selection of freshly baked pastries, freshly made sandwiches and coffee. Available for takeaway or eat-in.
Visited this lovely bakery today 29/12/2025 to buy som freshly baked pain au chocolat with café au lait and some bread which we ate on site. The girl serving me was polite and helpful. The only negative thing I noticed was one big fly flying and landing on the pastries under the glass counter, hence why I asked for the pain au chocolat from the trays behind the counter.
Great selection of bread, pastries and tarts. Good for value
We always stop here even if we're heading to Belgium from the ferry at Calais! We stock up on pain au raisin, croissants and filled rolls for any journey on the continent. It's always open and always good. Easy to find and easy to park and they do coffee too
I can't fault anything this bakery does. Every single thing they make is gold. I look forward to stopping at the bakery every time I travel. I just bought enough supplies to last me for a week. I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks.. thank you Ange for making us happy with your treats.
